We offer tailored coaching for Senior Executives to prepare to change business sectors while retaining a logical career path or through meaningful reorientation (for entrepreneurial projects in particular). We provide an opportunity for discussion with other Directors, optimisation of communication skills, expansion and activation of contact networks and successful integration of the new position. Managerial development through individual coaching
