Our approach:
Coaching, through its role as an accelerator and facilitator, and by searching for excellence, aims to optimise the human and professional strengths of senior executives in the carrying out of their responsibilities so that they rapidly and positively integrate transformations in the company and its environment.
This support is usually called for during periods when major managerial issues are at stake. It is successful only if the executive is truly motivated.
Coaching offers a veritable "laboratory" for executives, a place where they can test and model their ideas - they take time to save time.
The support process takes place in two stages:
A diagnosis that enables the beneficiary to identify how they operate
These meetings last on average between one and a half and two hours, and take place twice or three times a month. Discussions focus exclusively on professional situations experienced by the beneficiary that have a link with the goals of the coaching defined in the contract. They are confidential.
A contract sets the goals and the conditions for success of the approach, its duration, and how the results will be appraised.
