Professionnalise

  • The Management Workshops provide the methods and tools to develop core competencies, formulate progress plans and team contracts.

  • The Practical Groups represent a rigorous group exploration process for managerial situations. They encourage managers to take a step back and exchange practices, help one another and to find solutions. They strengthen transversality.

  • The Co-Development Groups, with their original co-steering organisation, ensure experimentation in leadership and more in-depth work by managers with their teams.
