Support for companies undergoing restructuring
The Plan de Sauvegarde de l'Emploi (Employment Safeguard Plan) was introduced with the law on labour modernisation for companies making at least ten employees redundant for economic reasons. It was designed as a measure for labour support within the context of restructuring and aims to promote professional repositioning of the employees concerned.

Steering of all our reclassification measures is based on an online real-time reporting tool that we have perfected thanks to our years of experience

OUR CONSULTANTS
Consultants receive specific training in support for individuals within the context of restructuring. Each assignment is supervised by a Project Manager who guarantees the quality of the intervention, respect for commitments and homogeneous national deployment when required due to the company's presence on several sites.
